● representing McDonald’s Azerbaijan in a real estate development project, involving construction of a shopping center and integration of the existing McDonald’s restaurant into the building of the center;

● representing a group of foreign investors in connection with construction of a hotel, including structuring of a purchase;

● representing a group of foreign investors in development of a residential area, including tax and structuring advice, buy-out of property for demolition purposes;
